Leader, mentor and change agent, Cille Harris is a highly experienced professional Systems Design engineer and Organization Development consultant with a strong background in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, business, and organizational change management. A Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Cille has over 25 years of successful consulting experience in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors.
Cille applies a talent and passion for working with project teams and senior leadership to deliver consultative and collaborative solutions, in line with the organization’s strategic vision, to reduce costs, improve quality and service, and help people improve the way they do business. She has a track record of bringing large-scale programs, projects and initiatives to successful fruition through careful planning, extensive engagement, communications, and insightful integration with other related initiatives.
Dedicated to making a difference in Ottawa, Cille is currently serving as Past President of the Organization Development Network of Ottawa-Outaouais (ODNOO), sits as a Core member of the Ginger Group and served the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ottawa Valley Section for over a decade. As President of Real Alternatives (RA) Inc., Cille created a community of over fifty independent consultants who collaborate to serve their clients. Cille is also co-founder of Real Conversations, which is working to facilitate a shift toward a more sustainable world.
